I thought I would do something completely different! Nothing to do with my conditions blah blah:) As I have said in a recent post, I love anything to do with planners, stationary, clothes, makeup etc... So I thought I would do a post about the things I bought from the charity shop the other week. I did make a video as well, but I am too much of a pussy to put it up anywhere yet.. maybe in a years time? hahaha.
ANYWAY... ^ that is an overview of everything I bought.
AHH THESE 3 JACKETS/blazer thing.. in love ♥ The first light cream blazer on the left was £6.99 (SORRY IF THE PRICES AREN'T THE EXACT THAT I BOUGHT THEM FOR.. it was at least 3 weeks ago I did this shop) The next thing is a waterproof jacket, which was £6, and it was originally from Marks&Spencer's! SO, BARGAIN and plus, the next beige coat was also from Marks&Spence.. and O M G isn't it beautiful?! It was only £8! When I first showed my mum it she thought it would 'look to old on me' (ageist... hehe only joking) but when I tried it on, she quickly changed her mind! Honestly, the items that seem the most old fashioned will probably look the most interesting and unique! You should try it!
Now, I know I said this was a Charity Shop Haul but these next two items > they are actually bought from a Facebook group called For Sale (?) < that would be the town I live in but obvs not going to put that on my blog (safety internet rules we learn from school haha) these two items were £3 EACH. Omg... If your like me, a broke student with no job but loves clothes, please take my advice and join these groups on Facebook! Plus, it will really help some one else that needs a bit of extra cash.. and exactly the same for Charity Shops; the money goes to a good cause.
^ These 3 baggy t-shirts were all around £2.50-£3.00 I think hmm. Well they well defo all under £4 for sure! I love wearing big tops like this for dancing in, obviously not for ballet haha, but for hip-hop, contemporary.. well contemp depends on what teacher we have hehe :P The last long blue top, has got little puppy dog Dalmatians on and it is so freckinnnn cute! It was actually in the sleep wear section, so I am guessing it is supposed to be a nighty but oh well.. I wear it as a dress with some little shorts underneath.
Sunglass case £1, Clutch bag £4.50, Fifty Shades Darker £1.50. Everyone needs a sunglasses case for summer.. no one wants scratchy sunglasses. The bag is just utterly gorgeous and the book well :) I am reading the first one now, as after watching the film, I am kinda obsessed. AHH MR GRAY♥ and finding this in a Charity Shop made my day because now I won't have to pay the normal price which usually would be about £6-7?
Right, this dress was £8.50 but they was a little hole at the back so the women reduced it to £6.00 for me! WOOOOO. The grey wrinkly thing next to it, is actually a really cool skirt, but my mum wants to sow it in the middle so it becomes a pair of baggy harems.. she is so smart.
Below.. is the last two things I bought. I think the pink top was £3 and the black and white jacket thing was £4 or £5? The pink top was originally from River Island and will be really nice to wear in the summer with some shorts! And the jacket; I love nearly anything with a pattern like this, so I had to get it hehe.
And that is it, phewwww. SWEATY HANDS yuck. If you think how much I would of spent if I bought this all from the high street?! Exactly. Make your way down to your local Charity Shop and have a gander, you never know, you might find your next 'going out' outfit. I defo will be wearing that dress out soon, maybe this Saturday hmmm?
Hope this inspired some of you that want to save money or spend not as much than you usually would!
Love ChrisTINA x
P.S. sorry for any spelling mistakes!
