OH HI STRANGER!

yes i feel guilty... i could say that i have been lazy not to have written a post since october :O but you wont even know how busy i have been since then hahaha. today i am just going to write a quick update but i will write other posts soon about xmas, my body, my dancing etc.

so i have been SO SO SO BAD with food atm. for the past 2 weeks i keep on binging but that is because once i feel stressed thats it.. the answer is keep eating chocolate until there is none left. recently plans keep getting changed and thats what stresses me out (its my ocd) so then i just think fuck the food diary that i spend hours doing, i am going to eat my own body weight in crap. but it is monday today; a start to a new week so I am going to keep to my plans, workouts and food diary. and hopefully i will get that BLOODY SIX PACK that i have been wanting to get for like 7 years hahaha.

today i am supposed to get my braces off... but i am not getting my hopes up because, one of my front teeth doesnt look 100% straight. like i mean.. no one would probably notice but i can so yeah. i am going to see what my orthodontist says and go from there, but i am feeling positive today :)

on the agenda today then: plan out my week, workout, EAT NOTHING (haha jk but eat no choc), straighten hair, watch Ibiza weekender, dentist and tidy my room!!!!

ALSO my addiction at the moment is coconut oil! everyone needs to go and buy some. i will do a post about what i use it for soon.
